Facials:
Each facial can include, at therapist discretion and/or by client's request, the following

Pre-Natal Massage:
Prenatal massage is a great way to decrease legs and lower back discomfort and to reduce any swelling that occurs during pregnancy. It is also comforting to the baby in the womb.
Please be over your first trimester before booking an appointment.
Reflexology:
Reflexology has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine and it consists of applying pressure on certain areas of the feet, hands and/or ears, depending on your level of pain and discomfort.
You do not need to undress for this type of service. Just wear comfortable clothes.
